Transfer Service
If you wish to transfer your membership, a Transfer Form and a Service Request/Transferee Information Form for the new member should be submitted via email to [email protected] along with the following items:
- Transfer form must be signed and notarized by current member
- Valid picture ID
- Copy of property warranty deed or deed of trust (must be signed, notarized, and recorded)
- 911 address for property
