Paying Your Bill

IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED, AND YOU ARE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE, MAKE SURE TO CALL OUR OFFICE AT (956) 585-6081 TO ENSURE TIMELY RECONNECTION.


PAY OPTIONS:

  • Pay by Phone - English - (877) 583-8734 / Spanish - (866) 954-5633 and follow the prompts. Have your account number and MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card number ready.
  • Sign up for Autopay by logging into our website, click on Online Bill Pay and register.
  • Pay Online with your online bill pay account or use our quick pay method without logging in (we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Electronic Checks).
  • Drive-thru payments at our office, 321 S. Shary Blvd, Alton, TX (8 - 5, M - F)
  • Main office building, 321 S. Shary Blvd, Alton, TX. (We are open from 8:30 - 4:30, M - F) 
  • Night Deposit Drop* at SWSC main office building, 321 S. Shary Blvd, Alton, TX. *collected at 8:30 AM each business day
  • Mail your payment to P.O. Box 1868, Mission, TX 78573-0031 (Please do NOT send cash via mail) Include full account number for proper credit.
  • Remote pay locations: Walmart, Junior's Supermarket, Foy's Supermarket and H.E.B. (Please note that remote payments can take up to a week before processing).
