Sharyland Water Supply Corporation is excited to announce our new standardized monthly bill.
This new bill format will be sent to you every month going forward. Please note that we will no longer be mailing the smaller postcard bill.
On this new bill, you will find important information such as your due date and the water shutoff/disconnection date, if applicable.
Also included on the bill is your WIPP PIN number. Please keep this number, as it is required to make online payments. For security and privacy reasons, we are unable to provide WIPP PIN numbers over the phone.
If you are the account holder and need a copy of your bill or your WIPP PIN, you are welcome to visit our office, and we will be happy to assist you. You may also contact us through our website for instructions on how to retrieve your PIN if you are unable to visit in person.
