About Paying Online


How do I register to pay online?

The first step is create your account. To do this, Click on the “Register Here” link, then you will be taken to the User Registration page:

Once you complete the form, you need to check the email that you used on the User Registration Page for a temporary password.

Now, you can log into the system using the temporary password that was emailed to you. The user will be prompted to set a new password before they can proceed.

Log into the system & link your billing account.

Once you are logged in, you will see the account page. At this time the account page will be blank as you would need to link your Online Bill Payment account to your account number.

Click on the left button "Link Another Account".

Linking additional accounts.

You will need to have the account number and tenant number to link account(s) to your profile. All of this information can be found on your water bill.

The alias field is the name that will describe the account to you, this is used to manage multiple accounts online.

Your account page.

Once you have linked your account information you will be taken to the account page which has your information populated.

Making a payment.

You can make a payment by clicking on the “Pay Bill” button on the main account screen. You have the option to pay the full account balance or other amount.

If you want to receive a confirmation email you need to select “Send Confirmation Email” so you can receive a receipt via email of the transaction. There is also a dropdown at the top of the payment screen to store the payment information for future payments.

Note: this does not store the credit card information but a transaction ID to identify the transaction information with.

Once payment is completed a payment confirmation pop up should appear to notify you the payment was taken. This message should tell you what amount was paid, a payment reference number, the new balance after said payment was made and the type of payment.

Your billing history.

Billing history shows all activity, payments and adjustments to the account since your account was created. You can go in and see all your prior usage/charges broken down by service.

Security: Is paying my bill online a safe process?

Yes. There are several methods used to ensure that your account information is secure:

  • Sign-in ID & Password: Your username and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as your username and password isn't shared with anyone, no one can sign in as you.
  • SSL: We use SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.
  • Encryption: We use 128-bit or 256-bit encryption (whichever your browser supports) to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.
